 This was by far the best gay pride in the UK to date.The Police put the turn out at 30k up to 50k. what a fab day out this was well done Liverpool for carrying the gay flag and to the wonderful people of Liverpool for supporting the gay community in Liverpool.And well done to the the all the people of Liverpool who made this possible. |
Liverpool gay scene
The History of Liverpool began life as tidal pool next the river Mersey,It was called lifer pol meaning muddy pool.It's thought there was a small hamlet there is no mentioned of it in the(1086)Domesday book probably to small.king john founded a port there in 1207.and the rest is history.I think the people of Liverpool have had bad press, i find the people vary friendly It's got a great night life, and a fab shopping centre as well as it's own seaside town of new Brighton and great beaches, yes beaches as well as golf course,the beaches and promenade is a big cruising area for the gay community. Manchester is only 20min away by train it as big gay community and over 16 gay venues were all age groups are made welcome house prices reasonable well below Cardiff prices and good value for money, What makes Liverpool fab the people of course.
